Your rights under UK law
If we sell goods to you, you have rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to change your mind and return most goods within 14 days of the day after you receive them. You do not need to give a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We will refund the price you paid and standard delivery costs (we may deduct costs if you chose a premium delivery). Some items may be exempt (e.g. perishables or custom-made goods); we will inform you before purchase if any such exemption applies.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not match what you ordered, you have the right to a full refund (including delivery costs) if you reject the goods within 30 days of receipt. You can also request a repair or replacement. We will not charge you for return postage in these cases. After 30 days, you may still have rights to repair or replacement depending on the circumstances; please contact us.
Change of mind (within 14 days)
If you simply change your mind within the 14-day cooling-off period, contact us as soon as possible. Items should be unused and in original packaging where applicable. We will process your return and refund in line with the rules above.

If we provide digital content or services, your rights will be as set out in your order confirmation and in line with UK consumer law.
